What an amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely amazing. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. After settling into our room, we receive a knock on a door with a complementary bottle of wine. The Braven restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food was fantastic.

parking was confusing,i paid self parking, had to drive around the block and door was out of order.had to go back to hotel entrance and valet went with me to show me another entrance in a back Alley.lol and they charged me $35 for parking.

check in was great. being woken up at 3:00 am with all the lights on in the room and the inability to turn them off and then the firefighters entering the lobby was hard to digest. burst pipe found to be the culprit. cloudy water out of the tap for coffee in the morning was unfortunate. remaining bottled allowed for a cup salvaged the coffee
