Staff was slow when we needed pillows for the pullout couch and towels had to gobto the front desk multiple times to get them myself. The pool was nuts after a bunch of kids hockey teams checked in trying to have a relaxing swim with my little kids then they showed up with no reguard for anyone else in the pool screaming jumping into thre pool from all over the place so we just ended up leaving

yup, yup, yup! I drank all the coffee and ate your ice chips! I tested to see if the A/C could get my room to 15 degrees. it did! also, as hot as 32 degrees centigrade! I tested with my thermal camera! Shower head was great, made good bathroom ssuna!

Breakfast had a good variety. Friendly staff! Room was clean, easy to control temperature. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Only negative was the hockey team kids were too loud and uncontrolled that our girls were unable to enjoy the pool Friday and Saturday evenings. The team had a few parents supervising but they were enjoying there adult drinks more than supervising their kids.

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good; however, the hotel needs to adopt far more environmentally responsible practices. Disposable plates, cutlery, and plastic cups are unacceptable in 2025—there are many sustainable alternatives available, and the hotel should be doing better. What truly concerned me, though, was discovering drugs and drug paraphernalia in our room. This immediately raised serious questions about the quality of the cleaning and safety standards prior to our stay. We were fortunate not to have children with us. I reported this to the front desk, and while the staff member was apologetic, offered member points, and assured me this was not typical, the follow-up call was troubling. After we had left, I was informed that “it was not drugs, but a vape.” I clarified that I was fully aware it was a vape—with cannabis (and potentially other substances) in it—which is, by definition, a drug. Only then did the staff member acknowledge this and apologize again.
