We didn't have a lot of issues with the hotel or service, although the hotel could use a little love (ice machine not working, one elevator not working, hair dryer in the room didn't work). Our main concern was that the air conditioner was not working and it was 30 degrees in our room. We called the desk and were told that maintenace does not work on the weekends. They tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were completely booked. The next day we talked to the desk again and also learned that they are between maintenance guys and the new guy starts Monday. While we sympathize and were met with kind and apologetic staff we were hoping that more could have been done. We ended up each buying a fan at Walmart so we could try to have a more comfortable sleep. Perhaps having some fans on hand for situations like this might be a good idea, especially since maintenance doesn't weekends.

I didn’t not like my stay in this hotel at all from the time i arrived the check in wa was supposed to be at 3 but i didn’t get my room until 6pm terrible! They were telling everyone that they are waiting for room to be cleaned but when i got my room it was dirtybarthroom and hair on my bed and clung eg bathroom sink ,the wifi didn’t work it

Always enjoy this hotel. Very reasonably priced and a great location. Disappointed that I couldn’t take advantage of the shuttle as I would have had to wait an hour. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.
