The living room includes a large pull-out couch, with extra pillows, sheets, and blankets for additional comfort.
Guest access
There is a legal basement suite on the property, but you’ll enjoy complete separation with your private entrance through the front door and your own washer and dryer upstairs, so there’s no need to access the basement. The suite has been designed with extensive soundproofing to maintain privacy and reduce noise between floors. While we can’t guarantee complete silence, the soundproofing significantly minimizes any sound. In the unlikely event of a disturbance, please reach out immediately, and we’ll address it to ensure a peaceful stay, as we have clear rules in place to maintain a respectful environment.

Shared spaces include the backyard, patio, garage, and small boot room by the back door. If the basement suite is occupied, you may occasionally see pets or guests in the backyard.

We’ve made your check-in process a breeze with our exclusive Guest App. Through the app, you’ll have everything at your fingertips, from unlocking the door with your unique Smart Lock code to accessing all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. If you’d like early check-in or late check-out, we offer a one-hour extension as an additional service to enhance your experience. This can be requested directly in the Guest App, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If anything becomes available sooner, we’ll let you know, though only an extra hour can be guaranteed with this service.

We offer multiple parking options to meet your needs:

Heated Garage Spot (Request in Advance) – Heated Garage Spot (Request in Advance) – Enjoy maximum comfort and security by parking in our heated garage, ideal for both electric and traditional vehicles. The heated environment protects your car from Edmonton’s colder weather, ensuring a warm start and no need for scraping ice or snow. Equipped with video surveillance and an EV charger (charging included), this option offers added convenience and peace of mind. Available for $10 per night, $60 per week, or $175 per month. As this spot is in high demand, please request in advance to confirm availability.
Driveway Spot (Left Side) – A free option on the left side of the driveway is available upon advance request.
Free Street Parking – For additional convenience, ample street parking is available nearby.

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ✦
To ensure a high standard of professionalism, we require a minimum $300 security deposit hold and a digital rental agreement, this is a common practice among top professional hosts. This hold is not an upfront charge and is similar to the card hold at any hotel. It will go back onto your card two days after check-out, assuming everything went smoothly. We’re happy to welcome pets with pre-approval! There is a $75 charge per pet, and if you’re bringing more than one, the additional pet charge can be added through the Guest App after booking. For more details about our pet policy, please refer to the House Rules section.

To create a safe and secure environment for everyone, we have security cameras monitoring the back door, front door and driveway. These cameras provide added peace of mind for your vehicles and belongings. Although it’s a safe neighborhood with no history of issues, this extra layer of protection serves as an excellent deterrent.
