The staff and facilities were great. We really appreciated the free underground parking, it happened to be really cold. The parking was unexpected. Staff were friendly. We did get a room with a broken bed. Mattress sagged into the centre. It was a long terrible night. Also lots of road noise. Which I think we only noticed because we weren’t sleeping.

Breakfast was lovely with the chef greeting us and bringing perfectly cooked eggs etc to us. Nice juice options and lots of other choices available. The pool area was clean and wonderfully quiet- no water slides or splashing. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Very pleasant staff throughout.

The pool was small but the breakfast was amazing they even had chicken sausages which was great as we don’t eat pork. We also did laundry on site for $7 a load which was helpful with kids.
