Staff are great! Room was good. Elevators were either not working or working poorly but the staff were on that as well and repairs were in the works. It was a quiet hotel and it was clean.

Very old, run down, relatively clean but smelled terrible. Lobby area a bit more modern but guest rooms are many years overdue for a renovation. If you can afford a bit more stay elsewhere.

Staff was friendly but there was a convention on so it was very busy and only 2 staff on desk to look after check ins and take calls ….took about 30 min to be seen to check in. Rooms and facility are outdated but clean. Close to Nait which is nice for ease to school

Check in took half an hour. 3 elevators, 2 not working and we get stuck in the 3rd one. Now having to use the service elevator. Housekeeping had barged into the room 2 times questioning why we haven’t left yet when we have the room booked for 2 nights. The fire alarm went off for an hour at 4 am; staff “thinks” it was a disgruntled customer pulling the alarm. Yet they can’t get it turned off.

Hôtel needs to be freshened up, it was very dark and dingy overall. Our room had something brown/black smeared/drupped??? On the wall in a few places and the room was so dark even with all the lighting on. The room service staff did a lovely job. The front desk staff (on arrival) was a little off putting in how we were addressed; I know we likely looked bedraggled after travel but… It used to be such a nice place and can definitely be again- just needs to bring some light and life back into it.

Out of three elevators only one is working which takes ages to come down and have to wait around 5-10 mins for the elevator every time I go upper or lower floor, chair is ripped at the back , the heater is too noisy . I would never recommend it to anyone.
