Property was okay. The smell of the sewage really throws you off as you come in the doors. Was okay for a night stay but wouldn’t stay the weekend.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while in town for a concert, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. First, check-in was frustrating and disorganized. We had booked two rooms well in advance, but when we arrived after the stated check-in time, only one room was ready. The second room wasn't available, and despite being on a tight schedule to leave for the concert, we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get access to our second room so we had somewhere to put our bags. The condition of the rooms themselves was also disappointing. One room had visible stains on the floor, and the bedding had cigarette burns and other stains, which made it feel far from clean or welcoming. There was also no mini fridge, which was inconvenient.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Not just the rooms but the entire hotel. The lobby, the seating areas, the rooms, elevators. It smells quite bad in the lobby and the hallways. The rooms have a musky smell as well. The room was dirty, so was the lobby and the rest of the hotel. The only thing clean in the room was the sheets. The AC does not work. The window didn’t even have a lock on it. There are also people wandering around at night high in drugs. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re desperate.

Booked our room with special request near evelvator and that was accommodated no problem 😊 bathrooms could use some updating, stained bathtubs, shower curtain way too long for shower, etc. No screens in windows in rooms or the hallways. Had to get my key reprogrammed each time I left as the key card would no longer work. I have stayed before and will probably stay again because the location is convenient and the price is affordable.

First There was a booking issue - Expedia allowed the booking when it shouldn’t have, according to front desk. They found a room for us, but there was no air conditioning as advertised. I have two medical conditions that put me at risk of emergency room visits as I can not regulate body temperature. This situation put me at risk. I asked for help from the front desk. By 1am, after fighting for a solution (front desk guy snapped at me and made it hard to find something workable) they finally moved us over to the smoking side to a room that was also advertised as having air conditioning as well - radiant cooling systems are NOT AC & can’t keep up with the heat outside - again, I was at medical risk with no viable solution due to the hotel not being honest about what their rooms/property actually is & offers. Radient cooling is NOT AC. The room was dirty and run down. It was more like a cheap motel room than conference center hotel room. I will not recommend this location. It was a dismal experience at best.

Once we entered the foyer the smell was awful. It was like musty and dirty. It’s old OLD carpets very old elevators. The rooms were so gross. The a/c unit had a dial. It clanged and didn’t blow very much. No screen on the window. The bathroom was disgusting. We didn’t shower there. Something spilled down the door. And the smell when we came back was of Sulfur , so we had to plug the shower drain and sink and that fixed that issue. Went to the bar for a drink before our event the bar had cobwebs from the lights. Very dirty and old. The waitress was very nice. The whole experience was terrible and I hope people make it known this establishment needs upgrading. When we waited for our cab there was a homeless person digging in the trash and throwing trash on the ground. It was $121 for zero experience.
