Unfortunately, this was my first and last stay. Pros: Employees were lovely and very helpful during check-in. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Ample parking. Cons: The hot tub was luke warm at best, and an employee entered the pool area and took all of the beach towels away when guests were still swimming. Thank goodness someone had left 2 of their unused room towels behind or it would have been a wet and chilly walk back to the room. While large, the parking lot had not been cleared of snow in what seemed like quite a while and this made walking and navigating with baggage difficult.

We found dirty socks on the floor in our room, some of the lights were burnt out and the phone didn’t work. When I brought my concerns to the front desk the person “helping me” was having a hard time understanding what I was saying. No apology or anything. Very poor customer service. Also, the breakfast included has a sign right on the door stating weekends 0700-1200. We showed up at 11:30 and they were closed. We knocked and when the person came to the door she said breakfast ended at 10 and the time was on the small little paper they gave us. W. T. F. ??!! We have stayed here before and thought it was ok, hence why we came back. We will NEVER stay here again.

I would NEVER stay at this property again. I called ahead to make sure checking in an hour early would be ok and was told yes. I got there 1.5 hrs early and it was an issue. They gave me a room that didn't even looked clean and the smell was horrible so I asked for a different room and maybe one facing the parking lot to start my truck apparently to specific. The front desk manager was so rude check in took 40 mins and the other room was not much better. Beautiful lobby and upgraded outside but the rooms are dark no plug ins and not cleaned properly.

I want a refund we checked out a 7pm. The steam shower was out of order, the phone in the pool area was still out of order since my last stay here in November. I’ve stayed here numerous times and this was the last. The hot tub was lukewarm at best and had hair and other particles floating in it. Absolutely disgusting. We complained to the front desk and they came to our room as they could t even understand it was the hot tub we were complaining about not our room’s water temperature.

Great hotel, beautiful, spacious, lots of extra like pool, etc. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Right on outskirts of Edmonton near easy access to center or highway. 5th floor with huge windows! It was perfect for us.

This was a great stay. It’s in an industrial area, but close to highways so it’s fine. The rooms are great and clean and the breakfast is hot and had a great variety. The pool and hot tub area is ok too. The hot tub did the job! My only complaint is that all the lighting is on the dimmer side, so it felt quite dark in the room, in the halls, at breakfast, and all around. I would stay here again, was very happy with it all.
