Ww aaked to be on the same floor as the rest of our family. She said yes. Then when we checked in my 2 rooms where nit with the other room. Kids went to the pool asked for towels waited 30 mins notowels so they had to walk thru the lobby wet ro there room. Our 8 month old grandson was turning purple from being wet and cold.

There were 2 bath towels given for 4 guests. They expect you to call them when you need it. That’s what the front desk staff commented. I booked for 4 guests so I expected to have 4 towels !
