Our stay at Doubletree Hilton Hotel West Edmonton was very good. The service from the moment we entered until we left was exceptional. We had three meals in the restaurant and the staff were very kind, polite, and helpful with additional requests. The food was very delicious. A great selection for both the breakfast lunch smorgasboard. Nice variety on the dinner menu. The room was clean and tidy. The warm chocolate chip cokkies were a real treat. Overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Front desk staff (Dan, I think his name was, was great), but the room wasn’t very clean and the toilet had a very distinct smell of urine, which leads me to believe the room wasn’t properly cleaned prior to us. Dinner at the restaurant was great and our server was amazing. Disappointing that the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par.

Always enjoy our stay at the Doubletree. The room is clean, it's close to shopping and restaurants in the west end. The room is comfortable, although the beds are getting a bit worn in that a person seems to feel they're about to roll into the middle on some or off the side on others.
