Nice hotel and front desk staff but $45 a night for parking is very disappointing and actually quite shocking. And getting the vehicle from valet is a long process. We would not book this hotel again because of this unfortunately

Mattress in room is very used, uncomfortable sleep, needs replacing. Breakfast was great, staff was kind. Having to pay for parking is not convenient and should be included with your stay, was not asked for license plate.

The room was good. But beware of the parking fees. They are outrageous. We got there at 9 pm, and thought we were covered until checkout. The $15 only covered 2 hours for parking in their parking lot. The under ground is $45. Not sure if this covers the whole night, or just 2 hours. Fines are $100. What a ripoff! Not staying here ever again!

Good hotel, it needs some upgrades as some things were obvious such as a loose shower fitting, the toilet flush mechanism didn't work after a few use, the main elevator was out of commission on our stay (had to use the service elevator) the large room with the two queen beds looked empty. However it was good an convenient, good place to stay if going to a downtown function.
