Sink didn’t drain. Tub drain wouldn’t stay open. Air conditioner did t work and room was hot. Main hallway dirty, bag of chips spilt and was still there the next day. Restaurant service and food was good.

It should be rated as a 2 star, not a 3 star. Hallways smelling of smoke/stale. Very old paint, floor tiles cracked, wallpaper peeling from walls.

The staff are rude, when I had called the hotel the receptionist hung up twice on me & laughed about it. Also gave me issues when I was checking in. Honestly the worst place I’ve stayed.

Check in was very smooth. Room was clean. There was 2 shampoo bottles and no conditioner bottles. Told front desk and room service quickly remedied the issue. Restaurant was decent and the service was quick and friendly. Check out was also smooth with no issues. Overall, staff was great and would definitely stay here again.
