First of all the picture was nothing like the room we had in the picture in fact we had a different room all together, it was nice for us it had great water pressure, cool shower, very comfortable living room kitchen was great to have nice big closet’s in the room, you could go to the bedroom if you wanted to and close the door, bed was really nice to sleep on it was one of those beds that if you’re partner moved you couldn’t feel it , staff where super friendly and very helpful, location was very close by all the major stores and eating establishments . Older hotel but it was very well maintained, we will be going back to this hotel in the future for all our stays.

The bed was very comfortable, nice towels, and shower. The room was quiet, except for the fridge, which I unplugged during the night. The desk or end tables could use some usb plug ins. Breakfast was very good. I would stop again for an overnight stay.

The staff was very accomodating for the family emergency I was experiencing. They upgraded my room because I needed 2 beds and accidentally booked 1. No problems at all. They let keep my daughter's vehicle on site while she was in the hospital. Its little things like this that make a huge difference. They Ladies at the front desk were amazing and so kind. Thank you

Room phone would not connect to Front desk, or Room Service. Couldn't get TV to work. Housekeeping didn't leave a face cloth on the 2nd day. My reason for my stay was to recover from a medical proceedure ... Couldn't shower (Medical reasons), couldn't bird bath without a face cloth).I wanted to be comfortable for my stay. I was anything but! When I checked out a day early I was told that I could not be refunded for the last day (which I did not use) because I booked through Expedia.
