Please if staying here, make sure you check everything over in your room. We came for the Morgan Wallen concert. I Booked for 2 nights, earlier in the week I cancelled the Friday night stay as we werent coming until Saturday for the show, I receievd a phone call Saturday morning asking if I was coming, letting the lady know that we were and already on the highway. She did tell me that I still had to pay for Friday night as it was not previously cancelled.
We get to the hotel and it took 55 minutes in line to check in. Find a easier faster way for guests to check in especially when a big event is happening. Our room we got was 1504. We walk in to find our floor drenched with water, I phoned front desk right away. 30 minutes later a man comes to look and says our fridge is leaking and he was going to be bringing a new one in. By the time he came back with the new fridge we had to leave to the concert. We left and retured at 12:45am. When we returned to our room after the concert we found our room door PROPPED OPEN AND NOT CLOSED.the maintence man did not shut our room door when he left. Frantic looking to make sure my purse and belongings werent gone. Thankful no one noticed that and went into our room. The staff didnt care
This morning at check out they refunded me my Friday night stay for the fridge leaking & the floor drenched.
The beds were rock hard, bath tub plug to drain did not work.
There are some wonderful staff, but others need more training in customer service.
