❂ Conveniently located North of Edmond (6 mile drive to Edmond) and just 30 minutes from Oklahoma City. Also, if you are in town for a wedding we have several venues near by just a 1/2 mile from The Springs Wedding Venue & 11/2 mile from Aspen Ranch Wedding Venue and just 5 miles from Clarion Ridge Wedding and Winery. We are 3 1/3 miles to Stacy's Place Restaurant that offers New American Cuisine & a Fresh Bakery. Also, perfect for traveling nurses that needs to have a place to unwind while not being to far from the city.

❂ The neighborhood is great for walking and we have lots of wildlife right to our front door including deer, wild turkeys and occasionally I have seen a fox that lives nearby.

❂ You will enjoy 2 living areas and 2 TV's,

❂ The house can sleep up to 8 adult guests (master bed has a king bed, two other bedrooms have full size bed's and one bedroom has a pull out twin bed which is a King Size bed size when pulled out.)

❂ We can also accommodate 2 more guests with air mattresses upon request!

❂ There is a dining room table with 6 seats and 2 additional seats at the bar and in addition there is a formal dining room table that will seat 6.


❂There is also a crystal blue pool and patio great for grilling and relaxing when weather permits.
❂ The property is professionally cleaned and professionally sanitized by ProsMake Ready. Entire house is fogged along with air ducts to kill viruses including COVID.

❂Self Check-in with the smart lock system. You will be messaged your unique code at the time of check-in.

❂The power-strips have USB charging ports. Please make sure the USB ports have power by pushing the button.
❂Government ID must be uploaded to the pre-arrival form that I will send to you upon booking.
❂Unauthorized pets will $250 charge per pet.
