Room was nice. Friendly staff. Heater in room didn't work properly, so, staff moved us to one that did. Beds are comfy, kitchens are nice. Just bring your own dishes and silverware. None provided in the rooms anymore, you have to ask at the front desk.

Dirty. Trashy. Not family friendly. More like the place you take a prostitute. The bed were made but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains on the walls and cabinets, and I've seen much cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. There waa a lot of chais at check in with folks coming and going and being loud and rude to the front desk staff. The whole vibe waa sketchy, dirty, and unsafe. We did NOT stay. We sucked up that we were going to get stuck paying twice and found another hotel to stay at.

I had to switch rooms twice due issues with the rooms, finally went with the 3rd one and then found out there was a leak from either the tub or toilet. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty, holes and poor attempts of patching in the rooms. It's like almost no effort was given other than making the beds.

Room had nothing two towels and 1 wash cloth , make sure bring your own dishes , cups,silverware , cleaner stuff to wash dishes , bleach perhaps , it was at best under par for what it looks like outside , there were random people in hallways super quiet tho I guess we were in 333 and some random guy knocked on our door looking for a Jamaican guy but no clue , also trash in elevators it stated there 3 days the got picked up , there's security on the weekends , I give this hotel a 1out of 5 considering that it's in a bad area , trash everywhere , wouldn't let us get new towels and trade ours out mind you we were there a week also worst toilet paper ever ever ever
