The accommodation was just right! The room was clean, the staff was very responsive and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure was just right, and it was easy to control the room temperature. The hotel was perfectly situated for us to be able to walk everywhere. The room was well-appointed with a mini fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and mini dishwasher. We appreciated the tea and fresh milk provided daily.

The staff were very helpful and I loved having a refillable water glass with their filtered tap water. The refrigerator was great, as well as the bed. The exercise room had what I needed and having the laundry room right next door was perfect to check on my laundry while I was doing my workout. Overall great experience!

Really fantastic hotel and even better staff. I did have an issue with a very unbearable odor in the room I was initially assigned to- however, the staff were very accommodating and helpful in reassigning a new room. I also had a few questions and found it very easy to get responses quickly via their automated WhatsApp line. The only downfall of the hotel is location- it’s nearly the lowest point below the castle so it’s not a gradual climb, be prepared for a lot of stairs!

STAY HERE!!!!!

This place is AMAZING! Everything is brand new, the view is absolutely incredible. We didnt want to leave. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals, the bathroom had a fantastic shower, and the bed was super comfy. The owners were so hospitible and easy to contact.

What a beautiful property -- with such modern amenities that my wife and I did not even know of them actually existed! We did not eat on property - but we could see the extent of what looked to be an absolutely delicious menu. Lovely staff and easy booking, easy check in, easy check out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Upon checking in, our room was a little dirty. There was black hairs on the floors and in the bed. On the bed comforter there was multiple red marks that looked like blood. We didn't bring it up to staff because we were so tired and wanted to sleep. Other than that, the beds were cozy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was amazing and an easy walk to everything we wanted to see.
