Great rooms, ample storage, amenities and space, feels like a studio apartment with the kitchenette included. The bathroom & room were super clean, staff was very responsive and friendly. And the location was great too! Not too far away from the main attractions, in a quieter neighbourhood. Checking in & out was very smooth! Would highly recommend, only drawback is that the tram and bus connectivity is a short walk away.

I arrived at 20:30 and a member of staff informed me that I should go to their other building as my room is there. After some back and forth they found my reservation and gave me the key. This wouldn't have been a big problem as mistakes happen. However, the drain was blocked which I had to report (and it was fixed the following day). There was no attention to details when it comes to cleaning. There was spilled fluid in the microwave and the kettle had residue of a black (burnt) fluid at the bottom. Also in the morning during checkout there was only one member of staff (making coffees for breakfast) and facilitating the checking out process. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel located near central tourist attractions. Nice, comfy, spacious rooms, safe and excellent customers service. Clean, hot showers and heaters working properly!!! Excellent!! We cannot fault it! The room was spacious and functional for our family of four. The washer and dryer are super efficient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent… Edinburgh is very tourist friendly and very walkable. We got to Edinburgh castle from the hotel in 12min (fast pace walk) Overall, I’d happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone
