Excellent place to stay if you want to be in Old Town. Lovely, nice sized room! Would definitely stay here again! Did not try the onsite restaurant/bar but it looked very good!

When we came to check in, there was no one at the desk for a long time and there were three other people waiting before us for service. The cleaning procedure was a surprise, I didn't know it cost extra just to have the room primped up. towels was not the issue, I don't require clean towels every day. But the one day we did request cleaning, we didn't get clean towels. this was nearly five days into our stay and we were going to be out overnight for a tour to the highlands.
