The room was sufficient- great power/bathroom. Quite warm due to high outside temps, but they provided a good fan that helped a lot. The layout of the rooms is a little confusing, as there are many 'pods' of rooms, that often have a group kitchen, and many hallways to navigate. The staff were very helpful!

Great relation prize quality! Not the best quality though, but functional. Weakest point: the mattress. Otherwise, great place!

The room can be flooded with water if we use it for a shower. The double bed is slightly small in size. Yet, the location is good, the staff is nice and the price is far below average. It’s suitable for students and low-budget travellers.

Really noisy rooms. The walls must be paper thin. Every door loudly slams shut every single time and is heard up and down the corridor. Very - really extremely - hot, with very poor ventilation to get cool air into the room. Actually almost none. Convenient location for busses, walking etc. Nice reception staff 24 x 7

The room was too small ,nothing on the wall or the floor ,like a hospitalroom, andfar too expensive, woth no more then 60/70€ ,payed 170€ ! Not next to the centre, but a walk of 10/15 minutes! For that price not even a breakfast! Studentrooms exploited by moneymakes in summerseason!

The room was really small, it is a university dorm room after all just being rented out for the summer. The bed was big enough for two people but just barely. The problem was the mattress. it was absolutely horrible. springs were popping up into your ribs all night long. at least the staff gave us a couple of extra comforters to lay on top of the bed which made it a bit better. But I wouldn't stay there again

Good modern, and clean, accommodation very walkable from Edinburgh Waverley station. As student accommodation it does not have same luxuries as a hotel; however the place more than met my needs and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is near everything you need: market, restaurant, tram station, pubs… although the bed is so small and they don’t keep your luggage overnight, what it was a problem to us. People are so friendly and they helped us all the time.
