We had a wonderful stay at destiny student burnet point! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at ease. The room was completely spotless and the kitchen had great facilities and was very well maintained. It felt very safe as two young female travellers and was a great location for exploring the city especially having great access to Arthur’s seat. Would very much recommend this property and we will be back!!

We were the first costumers after opening. Normally this is a longterm rental student home, but it was excellent for one night to visit the town. Very nice staff at the reception.

Good stay and affordable price. Quick bus ride or easy walk into the center of town. Request a room away from one of the access points as it could be noisy at night as people were locking or unlocking the access door. Bathroom could have been slightly better maintained. Hotel unfortunately uses single use plastics for their toiletries.

really convenient accom, check in was really easy and you get towels which was nice! the room was super clean and the staff were always helpful. there is a bus stop at the top of the street and down the road is a lidl, sainsbury’s etc which was convenient for making a holiday cheaper. the view from our room was lovely, arthur’s seat could be seen from the window - there are train tracks nearby but they aren’t a bother. would defo stay again!! :)

Overall very good service, cleaning was very good, but few improvements on the way. No mat out of shower makes a mess in the room. The bed is actually very small for two, but ok if tou looking for A budget solution.

Room was generally clean, some hairs and an oil stain on duvet. Bed had a high skirting board that hadn't been dusted for a while. Amenities were fine. Staff were polite and helpful, although seemed confused at times. Good self catering facilities. I was given a room key to another guests room by mistake, this was quickly rectified but it didn't make me feel safe staying in there. Whilst not being a hotel, they are charging hotel prices so I would expect more professionalism.

Don’t count on bag storage. And I think this is run by volunteer students. It’s a bit chaotic and disorganized. In all fairness, it is new. I needed bag storage as offered, but they didn’t, so I carried my 20kg bag only to get the same room the next day on a 3 day stay.

I booked 3 nights here with anticipation of luggage storage. Luggage storage was restricted and not as advertised. The staff was not accommodating. I had to check out, carry 20kg of luggage to a bag check across town because there was nothing suitable locally. I believe the place to be run by students that can’t make decisions and don’t understand hospitality. It was a relatively small ask, but a massive inconvenience to me. I found out day 2, so lost an afternoon looking around for some assistance. It was stressful. This site finally got me a supervisor who offered a solution, but I spent 2-3 hours online and walking to find something local to help, plus nearly 2 hours with customer service. I was physically sick with how stressful it was.

체크인시 절차가 너무 복잡하여 시간이 너무 오래걸림. 3일밤을 체류하는데 타월은 최소한 매 1일당 1회씩 무료로 교체해줌이 옳다고 생각하는데, 매일 5파운드씩 요구함은 부당하다고 여겨짐. 또한, 체크아웃 이후 짐보관 서비스에서 짐 갯수당 5파운드를 요구함은 부적절해보임. 50여개국을 여행해 보았지만 3일이상 머문 고객에게 짐보관료를 별도로 요구한 호텔은 이곳이 처음이었음. 고객의 모든 행동에 매번 추가의 비용을 요구함은 지나치게 상업적이며, 여행객에게 즐거움을 줄수 없는 호텔 정책이라 생각함.

Plassen og rommene var utmerket. Personalet var og hyggelige og hjelpsomme, men det var litt vekke i fra alt. Var 10 minutter gange fra nærmeste dagligvare butikk og 23 - 25 minutter fra Edinburgh sentrum. Gikk greit når det var tørt på bakken, men når det regnet så ble det ektremt glatt på fortauene og man måtte regne med å legge på en 10 minutter ekstra til sentrum
