Beautiful hotel, we loved the outdoor common area with the seating and multiple fire areas. The only thing we could critique is that the elevator stopped working and when we spoke with another long-term guest from the 4th floor he mentioned this had been an ongoing issue. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and offered great amenities. We also really enjoyed the location, and being in walking distance to dining and entertainment. One of the best stays I have had in a long time!

Stayed here many times with no problems, but things have changed. Beds were uncomfortable, sofa has seen better days, shower needs to be cleaned better. Cable was out.
