The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We noticed that other people had birthday decorations on their door and since it was my mother’s birthday we asked if we could have that too. The young man behind the desk immediately went to decorate for us. All the other staff we interacted with in the arcade and water park were great too.

Our room was clean and organized. I like how they have handsoap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner station-very convenient. We didnt have breakfast there. Hot tub was warm but it kinda small for the amount of people were there using while we were. My 3 yrs old loves and enjoy the swimming area and love the trampolines area. We will come again.

Clean room. Perhaps a little small for 9 people but plenty of bed room. Water park was great for under 10 year olds. Action city was great for adolescents and kids.

The sir conditioner did not worked both nights. The first night maintenance came and the filter was so dirty it did not cool the room. The second night it just shut off at midnight and the room was not comfortable. Two nights no sleep. Front desk responded appropriately but I only got returned the resort fee for one of the nights. Not worth the cost of my stay.
