My son cut his foot getting off of the lily pads. I asked for care and was told there were no medical personnel on site. The staff member called to help had no training, didn’t sanitize the wound, and didn’t know how to bandage it. Very unsafe for a family water park.

We were very happy with our stay! It was difficult finding places that were pet friendly and this hotel welcomed our pup with no issues. Only complaint we had was that the pillows were too stiff, but that will not stop us from visiting again. We might just just bring our own pillows! 😉

Worth our 3 hour drive ! We have 4 pre/teen teenagers and it is one of the few places they all enjoy !! Go-karts inside is their favorite!! Arcade has so many options and super fun !
