Room was not very clean. I opened the microwave and found food in it. I opened the fridge and found cans of beer. Room key machine broke, so I had no room key. I had to leave door open if I went out. Walls are thin. The motel was supposed to be remodeled, but a lot of rooms have not been updated, including my room. Washer and dryer were out of order, but they were also not working almost a year ago when I last stayed here. I will never stay here again. I advise no one to stay here. You can't even lock your door, when you go out. Just terrible!

There was no key to our room. the staff person had to walk us to the room and let us in, and if we all leave we needed staff to let us in again. the room was dirty. the bedding was as thin as a sheet. the bedding was stained, and there was fresh blood drops in the sheets. the sheets didn’t fit the bed. the outside door to the building weren’t closed so anyone could walk in.

There are bums sleeping in the corner of the parking lot. Cars sitting with the tires stripped off. Night life in the parking lot. Not clean at all. I wouldn't even check in. Just don't waste your time. Someone couldn't pay ME to stay here.

My request for an accessible room near an exit door to the parking lot was met (1st room down the hall). There was suppose to be breakfast, but the only thing I found was a coffee maker (the coffee was terrible). As far as staff, there was a man at the desk when I arrived (he wasn't very pleasant, but he did check me in), otherwise I didn't see anyone at the desk. I believe I did see this same man later with another man and it appeared they were doing some type of renovations. There was a strong chemical odor coming from the room when they opened the door. I thought they were quite rude, as they didn't acknowledge me and were speaking in a foreign language. I was not sure how safe the property was. Outside the next entrance down there were several people with a large dog just hanging around the door every time I went out to my car. Overall, I would say if you just need a place to sleep for one night at a low price, it is probably okay. neara

Very nice room, ran hvac at night great white noise! Access door to parking lot—broken lock, didn’t feel safe. Otherwise everything was good, much nicer interior than most Motel 6 properties. Bed was super comfortable!

There may be worse places to stay, but I’m doubtful. Unclean rooms, blankets that look like they are 30 years old from the stains and holes, paper thin walls, etc. I just needed a place to stay on a busy weekend in Eau Claire, and I should have know better given the price relative to other hotels. You get what you paid for I guess, but I wouldn’t stay here again if it was even free,

Check in was fine. Smokers standing at the entrance by our room. We can hear the people standing outside and either next door or below us. There is no remote for the tv. Front desk staff said they think the guy from the night before stole it and they don’t have a replacement for it as it is the only tv that is different from the other TVs in the hotel. Carpet in the stairwells needs to be vacuumed and shelves need to be dusted. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in our room. Low cost hotel - you get what you pay for I guess.
