The staff here are fantastic. While these is your basic hotel, we have stayed severely times because of the staff. They will go out of the way to make you comfortable and are so friendly.

The room was fine; it was cleaner than I thought it would be based on the carpet in the halls. There is no elevator, so don’t take heavy suitcases. Also, the day we checked in, we were waiting in the lobby for our daughter, and we heard a loud conversation between the front desk clerk and someone on the phone. It felt weird to hear a private conversation.

The room was very clean, the staff extremely helpful and the breakfast had pancakes, hot egg and sausage options each morning along with all your cereals, bread options, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and juices. A very nice assortment. A group of us stay twice a year for 3-4 days and reserve the conference room to do scrap projects. Excellent location for shopping and eating also.

As we walked into the hotel, we were seriously questioning our decision to stay there. The facility was extremely dated. Because of this it looked dingy and dirty, although it was probably clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, which normally wouldn’t be a problem, but there was no elevator. Then we enter the room, it smelled like stale microwaveable food. I bought some air freshener from a nearby store and that resolved the issue.
