This is a little motel in an odd location but it is clean and within quick driving distance to the mall, downtown and other places in Eau Claire. For the price you really can’t beat it but because the price is low, so are the amenities. I did ask for a clothes iron and received one at the desk but don’t expect in room coffee or conditioner or lotion in your room.

The property is older but manager seems to make an effort to improve things. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room. Had to set up the tv on arrival which seemed a little bizarre but ending up with ALL the channels. Donuts, coffee, bananas, and granola bars available for a quick breakfast starting at 6am. No frills stay but super affordable. Would stay here again.
