The light in our room over the sink in the bathroom area had a short in it that popped all night, roller lifted off the floor when using the bathroom and I’m only 132 pounds which means it wasn’t mounted all the way down to floor burn marks on the carpet made you feel like you were in a motel and we paid well over 200 for a one night stay. Breakfast were out of so many items and the halls reeked of weed truly felt motel 6 vibes. The room was so cramped and compact

The room was great! Very clean. The only thing that kept me from giving the full 5 stars was when I arrived. I wasn’t informed of where the elevators were, what room I’d be in, when breakfast hours were, etc. It wasn’t that the receptionist was rude or anything because she wasn’t rude, just needed to know a few things for my stay.

Glows: Very friendly front desk staff. Good breakfast on Friday 1/30, great gym, spacious room with very comfy bed, great lobby for socializing. Grows: The weekend breakfast was weak (different guy running it on 1/31 and 2/1), wanted housekeeping on Saturday and did not get it. Still a good stay and I would definitely go back.

The staff at check-in were both terrific. I even received a text shortly after check-in to see if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything. I received another text the next day just checking on us again. Very impressive. Our suite was sizable, clean, and in good repair. Good amenities and breakfast included. I asked for a specific floor ahead of time and it was noted. The hotel is in a good location because it is close to the major roads in Eatontown to include the Garden State Parkway north and southbound. We will definitely stay here again on our visit to the area.

Breakfast was horrible also if you have any degree of cat or dog allergy don’t stay here it is an animal friendly hotel and triggered an asthma attack in my son and we were 4 hours from home it does show online it’s animal friendly but my mistake thinking it wouldn’t trigger anyone in my family. Was not offered a refund to move hotels or literally any accommodation to try to help.
