The unique interior layout features brand-new ductless mini-split air conditioning throughout the entire main level to keep everyone cool after a day in the sun. On the primary main level, you will find a cozy living room, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom. Just a few steps down, the dining area connects to a newly updated, fully equipped kitchen with sliders that lead straight out to a sprawling sun deck. Upstairs, two airy queen bedrooms and a second full bath are joined by a cozy loft space stocked with board games—an ideal hangout spot for kids.

Outdoor living truly shines across two separate decks and a large, grassy yard made for summer fun, complete with cornhole, badminton, and horseshoes. Great Eastham location!

Very comfortable house in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults, and pet-friendly as well. Nice outdoor deck space for dining and relaxing. Convenient to both bayside and ocean beaches, and an easy ride to the Rail Trail. Hard to go wrong with this place!
