Cleanliness should be 2, however, not the entire hotel was dirty. Service from the staff was nice. I am rating the condition of the room. Room carpet needs cleaning urgently. Same dirt, dust, and uncleanliness found under the bed. Same dirt and dust remained for two days. I have shared with the front desk directly. Hopefully information is passed on to management. Cleanliness is a key for me when traveling. Not sure if I will book this location again.

This was our second stay and it did not live up to our prior stay. We would still book here again but the hotel was undergoing some renovations & our room was directly below the construction. Staff refused to give us a different room despite the construction going beyond the time the hotel said it would be done-there was construction noise as early as 7:30 am & as late as 7 pm. Hopefully our next stay will be as nice as our first
