VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SANITATION

The bathroom in room 357 had not been cleaned. I complained of this twice at the front desk. No one ever came to clean the room at all. I had to request and pick up my own towels. The basin of the shower floor had never been cleaned. It had someone's hair from shaving who knows what on the floor of the shower. After several request to clean it never happened.

Nice area. Hotel is nice. Beds were a bit lumpy. Staff at desk was nice but had a hard time giving me answers to things. I’d ask a question and get a non answer. “Is it best to walk to the stadium or get an uber?” The answer “you can get an uber pick up right out from and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the stadium”. Thanks?
