What some guests may not like about our listing:
- townhouses sometimes have additional noise with neighbors. We haven't had anyone mention/complain about this yet, but it's still a potential.
- The neighborhood is new construction and during the day they are still building out about half of it. You'll notice dust and work noise when you go outside because of this

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed in the master, 1 queen in the second room (upstairs), a double queen bunk bed in the 3rd room (upstairs), a fold out sofa bed in the common area upstairs and we have a rollaway bed downstairs that can be used as well. The home occupancy permits 10 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

clean, easy access, good communication, perfect for our stay in town for a wedding with several family members. We thought the pull out couches would be full size sleepers, but they were pull outs more suitable for kids. I may have missed that in the description or it may need to be more clear.

Great location for us; 15 mins from friends; across the street from Eagle Island State Park. Easy to get there; parking easy; very residential. Highly recommend for families that want a home away from home. Great space with all the items including extra cost, pool towels, outdoor friendly dishware and kids dishware. This was a last minute trip for a family emergency but the property was amazingly clean and thoughtfully accommodating. Our family, including our pup, felt so comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very reasonable. We will definitely try to stay here again or at another listing by Austin & Hannah when coming back to Boise.

Excellent Eagle Home

The property was perfect for our stay in Eagle. We enjoyed the space with family and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The community pool was perfect and within walking distance. The neighbors were friendly and welcomed us as well. We will stay here again.

Families or large groups staying here: some tips!- This property can comfortably fit about seven people max if you all want actual beds. The bunk beds are large but in the same room, so unless you are REALLY close couples you probably don't want more than two in this room. - The main and other bedroom are both very nice and would be perfect for singles or couples alike.- The "loft" area is really just an alcove in the upstairs hallway right when you get to the top of the main stairs, so be aware that there is zero privacy in this area. There is also really no usable bed here except a twin rollaway (that we found in the closet of the main bedroom), so don't plan on using this space for more than one person. - The pool is very nice and great for kids. Pool towels are supplied by the house, but be sure to bring floaties, pool toys, etc. as there isn't a pool slide. Also no hot tub so if you were dead set on that--sorry!- Lots of amenities on site (spices, paper towels, tin foil, etc) so be sure to check what the property has before going to the store. We made the mistake of buying cinnamon and some other things and then realized they had some of these at the house.- The garage is nice and spacious and fit our SUV rental no problem!Overall would highly recommend this place for large groups and families!
