Welcome to The Hub—a beautifully designed Meridian retreat in the center of it all. With 3 bedrooms plus a spacious bonus room, it sleeps 14 and features a game garage with Pac-Man, Tetris, foosball, and a 65" smart TV. Enjoy high-end sleep with quality mattresses, luxury linens, and Magnolia-inspired design. Outside, unwind in the 7-seat mineral hot tub or gather by the firepit and enjoy the incredible backyard. Close to Roaring Springs, Wahooz, shopping, and easy freeway access.

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. We encourage you to reach out if there is something that would make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate.

Beyond the events, visitors enjoy exploring the Boise River Greenbelt, hiking in the nearby foothills, golfing at local courses, and tasting wines in Garden City or along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. The area is also home to wonderful parks, playgrounds, and family attractions that make it easy to fill each day with something fun.

Shepherd Creek is an established community nestled in the perfect location on the south side of Meridian, situated for easy access to the freeway close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and outdoor fun. With the neighborhood's mature landscaping and well maintained beautiful homes, this is the ideal location to relax and enjoy your stay in the Treasure Valley.

The Hub features a small park with an outdoor play gym right next to the home with several other parks sprinkled through the community for you to enjoy.

• Parking is convenient with 2 spaces available in the driveway and street parking in front of the home at no additional cost.
• If additional parking is needed, you are welcome to park on the street at the park next to the home.
• Please do not park in front of neighbor's homes or in front of mailboxes, mail is undeliverable if mailboxes are blocked.
