This is a newly renovated home that will comfortably sleep 16 guests with the option of sleeping up to 20 guests. The home is located on 3 acres of property, so you'll have tons of room for fun.

Great Place!

Friends and family stayed here for a weekend for a wedding. The place is perfect for a group and the outdoor patio is a definate plus as well as the game room. Owners were great!

The perfect experience deserved the perfect house

Every little thing was thought through by this owner. There is absolutely nothing you could say “I wish they had”. At first I was skeptical about the bathrooms being separate from the bedrooms but this was the perfect setup! Everyone felt like they had their privacy and the unlimited hot water was miraculous!!!

What a great home for gathering and accommodating a larger group! We appreciated the ample and comfy seating options, open floor plan and room to move both indoors and out. Beds were wonderful according to everyone I asked, and bathrooms were all modern and spacious too. Be advised, the two bunk rooms are on the second floor and the staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Given that all three bathrooms are on the first floor, upstairs guests will be traversing the stairs at night, if needed. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs for that and the occasional train! We ran into two unusual issues with the hot water going out our first night, and then with some ants in the game area after heavy rain the next day, but the hosts were very quick to respond on both accounts. I would still highly recommend this rental option if you are considering it for sporting events or group travel to the Dyersville area.

The Envy of the Baseball Team’s Parents!!!

We stayed here for the weekend with our extended family for a Field of Dreams tournament and when Saturday turned out to be a rainout, we had other teammates families drop by to socialize. They loved the place just as much as we did and were in awe of how perfect this place is for the occasion. Our kids had the best time here and in town and are already talking about wanting to go back, and I’m on board with that! This place is beautiful and very well maintained, inside and out. My parents loved the front and rear porches for morning coffee. Absolutely loved this place, glad we had it for the long weekend and rainout!

THE. BEST.

Our baseball team played at Field of Dreams. 8 adults. 6 kids. And there was SO MUCH room for more kids. The rental was AMAZING and the owners were MORE amazing. Can not say enough about the great price, the overall property and the total convenience of having somewhere to go and relax between games, during delays, and crazy weather! BOOK NOW!!!

Family Memories made in Iowa

Appreciated that there was a decorated Christmas tree in the house so Santa knew right where to leave the kids surprises! We also appreciated that there were games we could play on the rainy days. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to take advantage of the outside activities. The binder provided was very thorough. The house was perfect for what we needed. Thank you!
