Really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was amazing. Maintenance was fast and efficient. The pool area is exactly what I hoped for. Great area to meet with family and let kids play. Old Chicago was great and convenient. The weekend breakfast wasn't restocked the best but the lady working Monday morning was fantastic. For an older hotel, it is kept up fairly well. Although, the windows were old and had no screens.

It was ok but not what I expected for the price. Two times no one was at the desk(1st time someone came from the back and 2nd time she was smoking just outside the front door with others that was really smelly). Vending machine didn't work. No info in the room. Brk was ok but limited-no waffles or biscuits and gravy, eggs not hot. Check in was easy.

Everything was great but the breakfast. Very boring and limited offerings. At $275/night they could at least offer bagels and cream cheese and peanut butter for the toast. No waffle or pancake makers either. The staff were very pleasant.

The room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, linens ok. Our extended family stayed in the same hotel, and we enjoyed using the pool area. The adjoining pizza restaurant was convenient, too. Parking and location were perfect. The front desk staff showed interest and concern for our comfort. Overall, a very good experience.

Best Western's are generally good, priced right, good amenities. This one fit the bill. Old Chicago restaurant next door was a nice option. As usual good breakfast. Nothing extravagant but a solid choice.
