The rooms were clean and staff freshened rooms. Pool was nice but jacuzzi didn’t heat up and jets were not working very well. Breakfast could use more fresh fruit and yogurt. Otherwise stay was good

Rooms are always outstanding along with the staff who makes sure our stay was amazing. We always book 2 rooms so grandkids can stay with us for quality time while visiting. They love the breakfast which cannot be better. Just fantastic food. Again, staff is so accommodating and just a joy. We will be back again since we only stay at Best Western Plus in Dubuque.
