But the surprises don’t end there: step into the old vaulted cellars, beautifully renovated, where rough-hewn stone and a cozy atmosphere come together to create a bedroom and a welcoming game room. All of this is set within a 4-hectare green oasis blending forest, clearings, and a babbling brook that winds peacefully below. Every window opens onto a bucolic scene; every corner of the house tells a story. Here, everything is ready for your arrival: linens provided, a fully equipped kitchen, spaces designed for socializing or relaxing… All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy. Three-level cottage: On the first floor, a hallway leads via a few steps to the game room and laundry room. Adjacent to this are a separate toilet, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a 160-cm bed (opening onto a terrace and the garden). On the first floor: living room with kitchen, dining area (smart TV connected via the Orange box with a standard subscription), and lounge. One bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor: a mezzanine relaxation area, an office corner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160-bed / 1 with a 160- and 90-bed), and a bathroom with a toilet. Attic: living room with a kitchenette on the first floor (separate entrance). On the first floor (accessed from outside via a spiral staircase): 1 bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. 4.5 hectares of unfenced land (with a stream below). All-inclusive package.
