In the surrounding area, Duravel and the Lot Valley have plenty of wonderful discoveries in store for you: markets, villages, walks through the vineyards, hiking trails, and water sports on the Lot River. With a blend of cultural heritage, fine dining, and unspoiled nature, you’ll feel right at home! The cottage is spread over three levels. There are two separate main entrances: one with a few steps to climb outside and descend inside, leading to the dining room and connecting to a fully equipped kitchen (with access to the outdoor kitchen). The second entrance leads to a large suite with a 160x200 bed, its own private bathroom (with a washer), and a separate toilet. A long hallway connects the bedroom to the dining room. From the dining room, a staircase leads to the first floor: a living room with a lounge area, a reading area, and a home office. From the reading area, there is access to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, which in turn leads to a shared bathroom with another bedroom (featuring a 140x190 bed). This bedroom is also accessible from the reading area (separated by a sliding door). On the top floor, there is an attic-style game room with a large walk-in closet. The enclosed hallway leads to a bedroom on the left (separated by a curtain), a bathroom on the right, and at the far end, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. The bedrooms and game room on the second floor are equipped with air conditioning. All-inclusive package; housekeeping is optional. Electric vehicles welcome; carport available.
