Had a great one night stop over here. Stayed in the Annex which was spacious quiet and very comfortable. Parking space and an easy walk into town. There was a reasonable choice of breakfast items and it was well cooked and tasty. There was Wi-Fi but unfortunately there was nothing to tell you what the password was which would have been helpful. Overall very happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Dumfries.

We felt right at home from the moment we met Freda outside her lovely B&B. Our room was clean and cool, bathroom was very nice as well. Big TV and coffee & Tea on our table. The house itself is very charming and historic. The next day we were greeted by a hearty and delicious homemade breakfast by Freda, we even got to meet Gypsy! Her sweet doggie. We loved our short time in Dumfries, I hope we make our way back there again. We will definitely be staying at the Huntigdon once more
