Had a great one night stop over here. Stayed in the Annex which was spacious quiet and very comfortable.
Parking space and an easy walk into town.
There was a reasonable choice of breakfast items and it was well cooked and tasty.
There was Wi-Fi but unfortunately there was nothing to tell you what the password was which would have been helpful.
Overall very happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Dumfries.
We felt right at home from the moment we met Freda outside her lovely B&B. Our room was clean and cool, bathroom was very nice as well. Big TV and coffee & Tea on our table. The house itself is very charming and historic. The next day we were greeted by a hearty and delicious homemade breakfast by Freda, we even got to meet Gypsy! Her sweet doggie. We loved our short time in Dumfries, I hope we make our way back there again. We will definitely be staying at the Huntigdon once more
Well placed for the railway station,10 minutes from the town centre, good clean accomodation with private parking. If we are in the area again we will certainly look to stay here, thoroughly enjoyed our break.
