Neat, well equipped and spacious stay in New Abbey
Came to Dumfries & Galloway to do some biking around the 7Stanes. Great location and very well kept property, had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for more. Would happily stay again
What a lovely well equipt dog friendly flat, pictures did not do it justice . It is lovely & spacious, very clean & tidy & smells lovely. The information pack owners left in flat is so informative of everything in the flat & surrounding area etc. Kitchen well equipt, lovely personal touc owners left me a bottle if Prosecco & put a cardcthrough door on my birthday... definately a home from home highly recomend this accomodation & area New Abbey is so quaint & a gr8 base to explore also lovely walks with our dog
This apartment is in beautiful New Abbey, across from the historic corn mill and a short walk (2 minutes) to town (a shop and place to eat + beautiful old church and ruins). There are also multiple hiking trails nearby and the hosts have a delightful welcome book that lays out the local area. Check in is a breeze and Karen is exceptionally responsive and ensures you have everything you need. The property itself is clean and efficiently laid out over 2 floors (bedroom on first after stairs to the front door and kitchen and bathroom on the second). There is also a community bookshelf you can take from and contribute to! There is a washer (no dryer - but a drying rack), oven, microwave, small fridge and freezer, and multiple small kitchen appliances. I highly recommend you open the windows and let the Scottish air flow through the apartment!
