Room was definitely spotless. From my online research I was maybe expecting a bit more space and grandeur, but what we got was cozy, luxuriant and perfect. Lovely view of the lift bridge. Breakfast was somewhat small but had some great options. We enjoyed the fireplace, whirlpool and super comfy bed/bedding. Walked along the pier and downtown to Pickwick’s for an excellent burger. Got tickets to Glensheen at a discounted rate. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The Inn had so much charm and character. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to add an extra night to our trip. We also upgraded to the Panorama King Room, and the views were absolutely amazing — definitely worth it. Everything was mostly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We’d recommend this place 100% and would love to come back again someday.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a great location. The vending machines only take cash which is not a huge deal but if you’re like me you never have cash so stock up on snacks and beverages elsewhere. The room was clean, the couch was well used and while comfy had a lot of soft saggy spots. The beds are nice enough but like the couch kind of saggy towards the middle. The bedroom faces the parking lot and the sitting area faces the water and lift bridge. My biggest issue with the room is the lack of sound proofing, all night I could hear the room above me every time they walked on the floor which made it difficult to sleep since it sounded like a consistent pounding. This was not just because of someone being heavy footed because it was the same amount of loudness when the cleaning lady was up there cleaning. The toilet would also continue to run after flushing, this wasn’t consistent but often enough to be annoying. Because of these two issues I don’t really think the room is worth the high nightly cost.
