Our room was very spacious but a little dated. The continental breakfast really didn't have much to offer. Easy to get to Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood an downtown. Very quiet and over all a nice place for our needs.

The breakfast was good. The eggs and sausage links were nice and hot. The waffel maker was great too. The room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool was nice and warm and clean and the hot tub was nice too. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was warm(never seems to happen) and hot tub and sauna was as expected. In the room excellent lighting for putting on makeup. Shower was great. The breakfast was great. All around a great stay and would stay again
