Pulled back covers to go to Bed had a hair ball on sheets, toilet would run for a very long time to fill up 20 min was one time we timed it. Floor was not clean socks would pick up lint hair ect. Staff was friendly enjoyed coffee tea, hot chocolate that was offered all day

We visit Duluth at least twice a year and like to check out different hotels. We decided to try this one because of the location. Hotel is pretty new, still got a fresh feel. The first surprise was that they don't provide luggage racks. But the most unpleasant surprise was to find someone's hair (on a floor and walls) in the shower. This is the last thing you would expect from Marriott! Breakfast wasn't great: the "hot breakfast" was represented by cold and tasteless packaged omelets. We do not recommend this hotel.

So wonderful to be on Park Point!! So fun to walk over the Lift Bridge and have all of Canal Park to play in . Grandma’s & all the variety of shops within a short walk !! And of course you have Lake Superior on all sides !!

Location right on the harbor was wonderful. Courteous knowledgeable staff. Clean comfortable attractive room. One night there was a boisterous crowd in the lobby dining area...could not be heard in my first floor room. Good gym and small pool
