Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. The Apartment is one level with just 2 low-rise steps to the front door. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.

The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.

Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

Bill greeted us right at the door and walked us through getting in. This was our first VRBO and he was such a kind man. He even had a path shoveled to our vehicle in the morning after it had snowed! Suite Betty was very clean, thoughtfully stocked with coffee pods, creamer and even had mustard, ketchup and mayo. The bed was comfy too. Thank you Suite Betty. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

"Suite Betty" is now our go-to VRBO when visiting Duluth. It's our second stay and owners Bill & Pat did everything possible to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The accommodations are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all you could possibly need (and more) for your stay. Bill & Pat are also very knowledgeable about the area and provided great suggestions on what to see, do and dine. We'll be back!

This has been at least the 3rd time I have stayed here. This is my go-to place when visiting my Son's family. At my request they even provided some Christmas decorations. It is a very nice place to stay. I'm always grateful for the hospitality.

As soon as we got out of the car we saw a family of deer frolicking in the open yard space. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you could possibly need and the laundry facilities were nicer than I have at home. I would highly recommend this getaway!!

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodations. The space was well-appointed, with the standard staples and reasonably sized mugs and plates (not too big!). The lighting was very nice -- both the natural light from all the windows and the many lights and lamps provided. We like to hang out and play games or read and this rental was great for that. The view was lovely and will surely be quite stunning in a week or two when Duluth reaches peak fall color!

Bill and Pat have one of the best designed, cared for, and well stocked VRBO residences we have stayed in. All our other VRBO rentals are measured against our experience with them! As guests, we can’t ask for more! This trip was unfortunately shortened by the wildfire smoke that blanketed our state. An as Duluth slowly repairs the poor street conditions of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, we were dealing with detours and construction.
