Cleanliness was overall okay (clean sheets, towels, mini fridge, microwave, and shower), but the bathroom needed some TLC - the floors were not cleaned thoroughly, some caulking behind the sink faucets was black, and there was pee still on the toilet behind the lid. Quite frankly, I chose the cheapest option and unfortunately checked reviews after paying in advance for my stay, so I was expecting some of this and did not address it with management unless I wanted the hassle of another room with more of the same. My room stunk badly of cigarettes and I alleviated this by turning the wall fan to the outside on when I was gone with a scented sachet between the vents.

The room was ok. I dont need fancy. The p-tac unit made a noise like a bearing was going out. When I went to the restaurant/bar there was a game on and all of the guys at the bar were dropping f bombs every in every sentence. I saw a couple with kids come in and they stayed about two minutes. I ate and got out of there fast as I could. I am a combat veteran and I have heard it all, but this was completely out of line. They actually need to warn anyone with children to stay out of there!!!

The room was not great. Very outdated. Handle to bathroom was broken and could see through it. Tray that held TV was dirty. Not a good stay.

Expedia takes unfinished and unsubmitted reviews and posts them. It’s in their terms and conditions. So if u run into any problems anywhere u stay I strongly advise u speak to management, not the front desk, someone in an office before u post any review. It’s very unlikely that, when this happens, it’ll b removed. However, Expedias management and escalation team was willing to hear me out and send me up the right chain and the agent I ended speaking with was very understanding, patient, and helpful. Don’t make the same mistake I did because it could end up costing u in unexpected ways. TALK TO HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRST. The 4-star rating is for the agent and the hotel management after the fact.
