I will give a shout-out to Manager Noel, Guest servic- desk associate Mona Lisa, and Simon the bell man. They were very tremendous in assisting us during the Strikes of the gulf War. "The property is beautiful with lots of nice amenities. I’ll say the only possible improvement for me would be the gym. It was pretty small for a 5star Westin but it gets the job done. My favorite part of this trip is the VERY friendly staff. Everywhere you go in Dubai the service is wonderful but this crew is exceptional. "

"Very poor response and training in the given circumstances regarding the war and safety in Dubai. The information was non existent given from the hotel. Emergency plan wasn't relayed to guests at all and they couldn't even explain it ! Then there's the mouse which was terrible all day long !!!! Worse than ever and certainly not the making of an enjoyable quiet relaxing holiday !!! What a huge disappointment that time visiting from all angles !!!! "
