They have a construction right in front of the resort area that belong to then the new Residences they work 24h on that construction it’s impossible to sleep due the constant noise.

I have stayed here a few tines bow abd it never disappoints. Staff so friendly and helpful. There is some building works going on at the moment so there is dome bousr around the pool area. It didnt bothef us. Thank you to all staff in club lounge.

This is the one to stay. Amazing

We checked a lot of different hotels and decided on Al Habtoor Grand Resort and we’re so glad we did. We arrived first thing in the morning and the check in not until 3pm but they provided Travellers Lounge which we could rest until the check in and also they provided the same Lounge after we check out as our flight was at 1am and there was also shower so we could freshen up. The room was really good with part of the AIN wheel view and the sea view. They gave a us lovely fruits bowl and this delicious chocolate mousse in the room for our anniversary and they also provided bottle of waters every day. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with lots of choices. Probably the best selection from all the hotel we ever stayed. There are 2 different pool, one family pool with things for kids and the other adults only pool, it’s an infinity pool facing the sea. The sunset view from this pool is amazing. There’s also a private beach with lots of sun loungers provided. All the staff were amazing and really good. From the reception, the breakfast, house keeping, pool, and also staff at the entrance, Every single of them were amazing. We definitely coming back to this hotel. Thank you again to make our holiday unforgettable ❤️.

I would return to this hotel anytime! Breakfast is fab, adult pool so peaceful. The beach has so much room and the beds are so comfortable. However, it’s not peaceful - if that’s what you like - Beach Club music and a plane constantly taking off and landing. My only complaint - the lack of staff trust I encountered. I would order one Diet Coke, I would then get up to go to the toilet (all my belongings would be on my bed), yet the bar staff would be chasing me to settle the bill for one Diet Coke. This happened every day! I asked for two towels at this pool from the lifeguard for my friend and I - he asked if my friend had a room at the hotel - which of course she did. We settled our hotel bill on the last night and we were told in the morning to contact reception and they would check we hadn’t left anything in the room and check the minibar. The member of staff came to the room - checked the mini bar, put all contents in the fridge and then locked the unit the fridge was in, in front of us. Just in case we decided to help ourselves! Yet, they had my credit card anyway! This just let down what would’ve been a perfect stay. There must be a better way.

Stayed here a number of times as I believe best value for family friendly 5 star hotel in Dubai. Room was great. Breakfast good. Pool area and gardens are excellent although there is now building works next door which look like will take years
