Check in was 4:00. It didn't appear that anyone was able to check in before that. Line up was to door. Most guests seemed to be heading to the event at Badlands Amphitheatre. Staff was pleasant and efficient but still made for a rushed turnover. Might have been better to check in after event. The room was very basic. No balcony. Very disturbing to have a smoked in room. Do hotels still allow smoking in rooms? Curtains, carpet, wallpaper, even pleather armchair all smelled. Room reservation said non-smoking room but this one definitely wasn't. The line up at front desk was still long so no opportunity to complain about it. No sign of staff on return from event. Even some air freshener spray could have helped. Overall, not good value for dollars spent.

I know it’s a chain, but you need to get some flavor in those waffles. The batter is tasteless.. The eggs were very dense.. Your staff was wonderful.

Older property, has been remodeled. Room was very clean, easy chair in the room had seen better days. Breakfast was good. Minimal interaction with the staff but they were very friendly. Only complaint was minor, towels were a little thin but adequate. Overall, a reasonable place to stay.

Over priced under funded

The hotel is outdated and in poor condition for the amount of the daily rate. Overpriced and the investment has not been put back into the property.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, convenient location. The regular coffee in our room the last few days was espresso, ( although this was blacked out with a felt marker on the package,) and did not work in coffeemaker. Made very weak, watery coffee. I brought it to their attention but was not changed.
