I was told on site that if you book through Expedia services are cut meaning no breakfast, no bed service, no toilet paper no cleaning, there is construction onsite which is loud and they are not respectful of privacy. They tried to authorize credit card payment when I was not present to confirm charges. I’m pretty sure they have bed bugs as well.

Due to an event going on in the area the hotel was completely booked. Despite the volume of people, service was great, room very comfortable.. and quiet ! Would def stay again!

The staff were very very welcoming and helpful, expedia hadn't completed the booking information to them but everything was sorted out. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was to order and excellent Great value for money and I would stay there agin without hesitation
