"Primary issues were that when you ordered from their restaurant it said to put your room number as your last name and they would bring it to your room. Eventually. I called down and they said yes. It's here. Asked if they were bringing it to me. They said normally we don't but they could this time. It seems weird to advertise it if you're not going to do it. The other odd thing was that you have to run the hot water for 15 minutes or so to actually get hot water. A recirculation pump on the hot water would fix that."

"Really cute place. The staff were great and very helpful. We checked-in very late and they were available and helpful for our after hours, self check-in process. The Hotel is a historic building and has lots of character. Located in a fun area of town, so easy walk to restaurants and watering holes."

"Not sure where to start with this hotel. It’s in historic Bisbee, so I wasn’t expecting new or modern convenience, which this hotel doesn’t have, but I was expecting a little charm being a 100+ year old property. And this hotel has all the charm of a roadside Quality Inn in Missouri last remodeled in 1993. Our room didn’t have a desk, which I would’ve assumed at this price point would’ve been standard (at least for the Show Me State Quality Inn it would’ve been) and the space in the room even with a king size bed most definitely had enough room for a desk and chair. The bathroom had seen better days, with a drip stained bathtub and tile that would make any Burger King bathroom proud. With only 6-7 rooms, there’s such a low bar for opportunity to make this hotel a special, charming boutique place, but it appears that’s not the owners’ goal at all. So if not modern, convenient, or charming, maybe this is considered a good value for Bisbee? It didn’t strike me as such; I felt one night was worth about half as much as we paid. The only reason I didn’t give a lower overall rating is the bed was very comfortable, one of the best we experienced on our two week Southwest roadtrip. So that’s all this place is, somewhere to comfortably sleep, but not a place to relax, shower, enjoy the charm of a late 19th century mountain mining town, or check emails at a desk. "

"Room 303 is mis-advertised as sleeping three. It does not. To the hotel’s credit, they switched us out to another room which was beautiful. Other than that minor glitch, our stay was wonderful, with a special commendation to all the employees we met at the front desk. "
