They would not give me my money back from a booking the night before when I got there late; I had no idea the room would say I’m a no show by a time an change me anyways! When got there I had no room an no money back! I turned around and bought another room because they told me they refund me and come to find out later that day they were not refunding me my 55 dollars after I spent another 55 dollars with them. Bed pillows had strains or something on them; room didn’t smell so well. I was just highly disappointed!

It was the perfect stay if you enjoy sharing the room with cockroaches and spiders. I had spider bites all over my arm from sleeping in the bed at night.

Room dirty, no internet connection to my room, no microwave, phone doesn’t work, big spider webs in refrigerator and from the wall across the ceiling. The staff refuses to move me. The smoke detector was not connected and is in the drawer constantly beeping indicating low batteries. The sink water barely comes out and it is light brown looking and the shower sounds like a helicopter landing in my room that’s about to blow up any minute. This is the worst motel I ever stayed in and it needs to be condemned and the health department needs to do a pop up visit. This is the Motel 6 in Dothan, Alabama and I feel as though they need to cut the lights off instead of keeping the lights on!! Such a huge disappointment.

Were accomdating when myreservation was for 2 rooms got there and they only had one for my reservation but had a room available and even moved us a room when the ac did not work

Staff are lazy, if you need anything the sorry people make you go get the stuff. Pool is not kept up, again lazy, spent 2 weeks there, and not once did lazy staff knock on door to make any attempt whatsoever to clean room. This is what happens when you let indians take over all the hotel's.

It was a cheap place to stay at. I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but I was at least expecting the room to be cleaned properly. It seemed like the cleaner just came in and wiped the counter tops half heartedly, as you could see dirt in the corners of every surface. The bed sheet had cigarette burns in it, as well the room smelled musty when I entered it. Most likely would be looking at other options.

As soon as we arrived our room wasn't available. Once going through the hoops the room that was available was filthy dirty. Went back to the front desk and got a refund. Waiting for that to be completed by our bank as well. This place is not recommended by our choice at all.
