This hotel was great. All the staff were amazing. Jessica was awesome. This has to be one of the best staffed hotels. The maintenance man even helped me put batteries in my granddaughters toy. I just cant say enough about my stay. I will return to it.

Room seemed clean. staff was courteous, but... Toilet would run for 8 - 10 minutes after each use and would sometimes run on its own. Reported to front desk. Two young roaches had just hatched out, dispatched same and reported to front desk. Reserved a room for three adults, only enough linens and bed clothes for two. Had to carry and make up our own.

The desk girl was very friendly, lobby is very nice! Room was not cool when we came in, but turned AC on. Walked next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner n room was cool when we came back. Mini fridge kept drink cold. Microwave sparked after seconds, so made front desk lady aware of issue. Bathroom needs some attention! Toilet stain n mold around tub caulk. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Waffle at breakfast with coffee was very nice!verYyNICE.nice

Hotels.com did not send our reservations to Comfort Inn. It took about 1 hour but Comfort Inn figured it out. A/C was very loud. The bathroom remodel was not good. Mirror did not line up with the sink. Not very good lighting outside. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was good Staff was very helpful and kind
