"Never saw any staff. Was there five nights in my room was never touched. Went looking for the hiking trails that were advertised.Walked about three hundred yards, and that was it. No, instructions on how to operate the t v and find the local channel. The only thing I will say for that location is that the room was more than adequate was very clean and nice.But any amenities or any customer service was not existent "
