Fantastic property

We all loved our stay here. The agents were very pleasant. The property is in a very good location, easy walks to the old town, Cabourg and Houlgate. Easy reach to all the Normandy beaches. We were out most of the time but we enjoyed the time we spent at the property

Lovely house and garden, unfortunately didn't like that the toilet and shower was downstairs. One of our party is blind, it was very unsafe for him to use the toilet through the night.

Slecht

Het huisje was slecht schoon gemaakt, schimmel in de badkamer en langs het aanrecht, vuile afwasmachine, tandpasta en haren in de lades onder de wastafel op de badkamer. Meubels oud en versleten. Het bed op de grote slaapkamer was goed. Inductiekookplaat was prima, evenals de koelkast( geen vriesvakje) en de televisie. Internet is niet stabiel. De ruimte is prima, maar het huisje verdient een flinke opknapbeurt!!

Garten ungepflegt, Haus okay

Bequeme Betten und Holzboden, gut eingerichtete Küche, großer Fernseher, Bad ist schon älter, Gartenmöbel nicht gereinigt, Garten voller Unkraut, dringender Rückschnitt der Sträucher und des Baumes nötig, Ansammlung von Ausrangiertem vor der Garage... Den Garten haben wir nicht genutzt. Für den Preis wurde mehr erwartet.

Das Ganze wirkt etwas vernachlässigt und abgewirtschaftet.Gut funktioniert allein die Heizung,Herd und Kochplatte müssen ohne Bedienunsanleitung bedient werden.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et assez grand pour un groupe de plusieurs personnes, la cuisine est bien équipé, cependant un mode d'emploi concernant l'utilisation des électroménager serait un plus!! Dans la salle de bain, il manque des rangements. L'espace du salon est très bien mais il faut changer les chaises, elles sont "fragiles". Afin de facilité l'accès au logement, il faut changer serrures des portes de l'entrée.

Sympathique maison

Dans l'ensemble bien. Sympathique petite maison proche de Cabourg à pieds. Un porte serviette dans la salle de bain serait très utile. Il serait bien de refaire les quelques carreaux de carrelage cassés dans l'entrée et de remettre le numéro d'entrée de la maison. L'extérieur pas très soigné, pelouse pas tondue (très grande herbes), Maison qui manque d'aération, quand on rentre, une odeur un peu vieillot.

Logement facile d’accès et de parking. Bien situé car à 2 pas de Cabourg. Logement sobre. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Bien équipé. Manque d’étagère dans salle de bain pour poser les produits. Propreté ok. Jardinet agréable.

Am Tisch im Garten kann man sehr angenehm essen. Der Garten könnte allerdings etwas gepflegter sein. Außerdem wären Liegestühle/Sonnenliege toll! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Normandie

Dives und Cabourg sind beide hübsche Orte. Die ganze küste ist sehenswert. Strand mit vielen Muscheln und sehr lang und breit. Perfekt! FeWo sehr nett. Zentral aber ruhig. Im Juni! In der Saison ist sicher mit lauten Nachbarn rechts und links zu rechnen. Strand erreichbar durch eine Brücke. Garten etwas ungepflegt. Liegestühle im Garten waren wünschenswert! In der Küche fehlen Topflappen, Tischdecke und zur Pfanne passende Deckel. Ansonsten alles ok!
