Private Room Near Grouse Mountain & Scenic Trails in North Vancouver

Our North Vancouver home offers a peaceful, green setting while still being close to everything you need. You’ll be just a 3-minute drive to Grouse Mountain, with easy access to nearby trails and outdoor activities. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is also just 5 minutes away by car.

The private room has its own separate entrance and private bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy during your stay. It features a double bed and is especially well-suited for solo travellers, though couples are absolutely welcome if comfortable with the space. The room is clean, bright, and designed for a quiet, relaxing stay. This room is separated from the main living area where we reside by a narrow hallway and a locked door, as shown in the photo. We're a quiet couple, but you may hear some noise.

What we love about this area is the balance—it’s a safe, residential neighbourhood with greenery and mountain views. You’re just a short drive to cafes, grocery stores, and everyday essentials, including Edgemont Village.

This is a newly built home, and we take great care in maintaining it—we kindly ask guests to treat the space with the same care and respect. We do our best to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Getting around is easy. We’re a short walk to the 236 bus (to Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park) and about a 10-minute walk to the 246 bus, which goes directly to Lonsdale Quay and downtown Vancouver. There is usually street parking available. If you can't find a spot, you're welcome to park in our driveway. Please note that the driveway is suitable for standard-sized vehicles only and cannot accommodate larger vehicles such as vans or trucks.

Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or spend time in the city, this location makes it easy to enjoy both. I'm always happy to answer questions and encourage guests to share any specific needs to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

Please note that our living room is separated from this bedroom by a door. While we do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you may occasionally hear voices or other household sounds.
